California Proposition 65 Notice

The Stage Depot provides the following information to help customers understand California Proposition 65 and the warnings that may appear on certain products.

California Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to notify California consumers when a product may result in exposure to chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

The Proposition 65 chemical list is updated regularly and includes many substances that can be found in common materials and everyday products. These may include items or materials such as wood dust, metals, brass, coatings, plastics, electrical components, hardware, furniture, and other manufactured goods.

Because some stage, riser, accessory, hardware, packaging, or component materials may contain or come into contact with substances listed under Proposition 65, applicable products may include a Proposition 65 warning.

While Proposition 65 warnings are primarily required for products sold or shipped into California, The Stage Depot may include these notices more broadly to provide consistent information to customers and support compliance with applicable regulations.

The Stage Depot is committed to product safety, customer awareness, and meeting applicable regulatory requirements.
