What type of payments do you accept:
CREDIT CARDS: ( US cards only): VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover cards.
PAYPAL: paypal payments must have a confirmed shipping address.
PURCHASE ORDERS: Please call us at 877-884-3426 if you would like to order via a Purchase order
CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS: Please make all checks and money orders payable to The Stage Depot. All Checks and money orders must be from a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks
How Does Shipping Work?
We offer FREE FREIGHT on all orders over $1499 ( continental US only). All orders are shipped via freight carrier or UPS from California depending on size and weight. We will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order. A 30% restocking fee will be charged if a shipment is refused or undeliverable. Please make sure to check all items upon delivery for damage or shortage. If damage or shortage is found, please refuse the shipment and do not accept it.
How Does Our Return Policy Work?
All sales are final. Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective product within 24 hours.
